Hi, I’m Dr. Meredith MacKenzie - Your Retreat Host!
I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor, eating disorder therapist, and the founder of Parallel Wellness.
With over a decade of experience supporting women through emotional eating, body image struggles, and recovery from diet culture, I combine compassion with evidence-based approaches to help clients find peace with food and their bodies.
I created the One Body to Love Retreat as a space for women to step away from shame and pressure, and step into something much more powerful—self-trust, nourishment, and body acceptance.
As both a therapist and a woman who’s walked this journey herself, I'm deeply committed to helping others reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable.
